“The Way Negative Thoughts Show Up“
As a Home based business owner/mother, have you ever got up in the morning and felt that you have achieved nothing. This feeling shows up in negative thoughts like; 1. My list of clients/prospects has not grown. There are no opt-ins to my list. 2. No one has enrolled into the services I offer OR bought my products. 3. My invoice is not yet paid. 4. I have not submitted the article I was supposed to do so yesterday. 5. Even though you wanted to create a Video for marketing/coaching, you could not do it.
“Negative Thoughts And Your Business“
I have felt this way many times and I am not afraid to admit that these negative thoughts do come up almost every day.Every day we perform our role as woman/mother/wife/ and want to achieve our daily goal in our business that we passionately ventured into.It can be very frustrating to have these negative thoughts come up again and gain, and if we don’t address them, it can be the biggest impediment to the growth of our business. Based on my own experience, I came up with a step by step system to address this frustration. Even though it appears silly to have a system to address these seemingly silly/unproductive negative thoughts, I found that becoming aware and addressing them can liberate you, create clarity and make it easy and effortless to accomplish your daily goal/task. You can try these steps and see if it works for you.
“Processing Your Negative Thoughts“
As a Home based Business Owner/Entrepreneur/mother, we always WANT to create something of value, by using what we are passionate about. Our thoughts manifest in our actions and the things we create. Hence in the morning when the above mentioned thoughts come up, I make a commitment to first acknowledge it as a NEGATIVE thought and it IS dis-empowering.

Next, I ask myself-Is this thought/feeling really helping to protect/safeguard me and helping me move towards the goal? If the answer is YES-I just choose to accept the thought and Say to myself-Lalitha, it is in your best interest, your family and clients and everyone.It is a sign of stopping me from taking irresponsible action. If the answer is No, I go to step-3. In my next post, I will explain the last three steps to process your negative thoughts.
